Dont think this is both

I bought this compiler because I recently took a course for c++. I am not accomplished a "c" however, I have experience at c++. My problems will not compile from my prior course,
i.e. #include receives an error. This is a part time endeavor for the provider and thus cannot provide necessary support. In my opinion, the app was applicable for "c" only as delivered, and the provider intended to add ++ as time permits. Time has not been kind. There is obviously misrepresentation. Now the "c" portion may be fine. Some compensation is due, which is moot, but the time expended (wasted) is of value. Let us watch and see how this plays out.
